Yes, we offer Expedited Shipping (Air Freight) for faster delivery, with an estimated transit time of 3-10 days after shipment. We do not offer overnight shipping for international orders.
We partner with reliable international logistics carriers capable of handling oversized items to ensure safe delivery. Currently, we do not offer a carrier selection option; we will assign the most suitable carrier based on your destination and service selected.
For security, most deliveries will require a signature. If you are not home, the carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery or provide instructions for pickup at a local depot. You can also authorize a neighbor to sign on your behalf.
The subsidized shipping cost includes basic carrier liability. For additional coverage, you may contact us before shipment to inquire about purchasing supplemental shipping insurance at an extra cost.
Due to the oversized nature of snowboard packages and potential delivery restrictions, we cannot ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days. If your order is ready for shipment on a weekend or holiday, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
Each snowboard order is linked to one shipping address. If you need items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Can I combine two separate orders into one shipment to save costs?
Why is my order status still "Processing" after 24 hours?
My package says "Delivered" but I can't find it. What should I do?
Due to the custom production timeline, each order is processed and shipped independently upon completion. Orders cannot be combined after placement.
“Processing” encompasses the entire 15 to 30 day custom production and quality inspection period. This status will remain until your snowboard is completed, inspected, and handed over to the shipping carrier.
First, check around your delivery location (with neighbors, building reception, etc.). If you still cannot locate it, contact us immediately with your order number. We will liaise with the carrier to obtain proof of delivery and investigate.
Who covers the cost if a package is returned to sender by customs?

If a package is returned due to customs issues (e.g., unpaid duties, prohibited items, incorrect documentation), the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping and any handling fees.
Snowboards are already classified as “oversized goods.” Additional items like board bags may increase the package dimensions or weight, potentially affecting shipping eligibility or cost to certain destinations. Please contact us for specific inquiries.
Yes, you can provide a freight forwarder's address as the shipping address. However, please note that our responsibility and tracking end once the package is delivered to the forwarder. Any subsequent shipping, customs clearance, or issues are between you and the forwarding company.
Each snowboard is carefully packaged in our workshop to ensure safety during transit. We use sturdy, protective materials suitable for long-distance and oversized freight. Typically, the outer packaging is functional and displays necessary shipping labels. However, if you require discreet packaging to help prevent theft, please contact our customer service to discuss your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Your order will ship after the completion of its custom production and quality inspection, which takes 15 to 30 days. After shipping, delivery times vary by method: Standard Shipping (Sea Freight) may take around 15-40 days, while Expedited Shipping (Air Freight) may take 3-10 days. All timelines are estimated from the date of shipment and depend on the destination.
Please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Since we provide tracking for all orders, we can trace the shipment's last location and work towards a resolution, which may involve filing a claim or sending a replacement once the situation is clarified.
The shipping cost for your order is determined based on the total order value. Typically, international orders totaling $2,000 or more qualify for free standard sea freight. For orders below this amount, you will need to select and pay for either sea or air freight during checkout. For orders totaling $5,000 or more, please directly contact our customer service to handle the shipping and any other order-related details.
Once your snowboard leaves our workshop, we will promptly send a confirmation email containing the courier tracking number. Please note that tracking updates for sea freight shipments may be slower until the vessel arrives at your local port.
Yes, we offer international shipping. Import duties and other related fees that may apply to international orders will be covered by Landrac.
Please contact our customer service immediately. For address changes, we can assist if the order has not yet entered the production or shipping stage. Regarding cancellations, as each snowboard is custom-made after you order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. We will evaluate based on the specific order progress.
